Describe the Day

This activity aims to help A1-A2 ESL students improve their vocabulary and sentence formation by describing a day in the life of different professions.

Divide students into pairs, groups, or allow individual work, depending on the class size and dynamics. Each student or group receives a card specifying a profession and a list of relevant vocabulary.

Their primary task is to describe a typical day in that profession. It's essential to encourage students to be creative, ensuring they not only use the provided words but also add their own details to enrich their descriptions. Afterward, consider having a sharing session where students can present their descriptions, allowing for constructive feedback and discussion.
